Comment: This is a very well located, highly improved and a very productive rice, cotton, and soybean farm. It is highly developed with precision leveled land, irrigation wells and good drainage. Location: The Turrel Farm consists of six tracts and 6068+/- acres of land located in Crittenden and Poinsett Cpunties near Turrell and Tyronza, Arkansas, about 25 miles north of Memphis, Tennessee. The Turrell tracts are located on both, the east and west side of Interstate Highway 55 at Turrell, AR, with the main tract being on the west side of the Turrell tract, and on the north side of Highway 42. The West Heafer tract is located about three miles west of the Turrell tract, and on the south side of Highway 42. The Tyronza tracts are located just north of Tryonza, AR, and about five miles north of the Turrell tracts.

Improvements: The cropland is all precision leveled, with some of the smaller tracts to zero grade, but the majority being to a prescribed slope.
